Trini-Pak cart - 43rd/6th SE corner Kosher Deluxe - 46th/5th Ave - for decent shawarma, which include the salad bar. Soukhadia - 45th between 5th/6th - for decent chaat and southern Indian Cabana Carioca - 46th between 5th/6th - for filling Brazilian buffet. Not the greatest but good for a budget.
